A FUTURE WHERE NO ONE REMEMBERS YOU (2019)
Writer | Director | Producer | Editor | Colour GradeImagine you made a pact with a friend that stated if either of you ever invented time travel, you would go back to that exact moment to prove to yourselves you had done it. What would you expect to see? What would you hope to?
Ambitious, well produced and filmed, acting good - with special mention to Honor Davis-Pye as Kerry. Very good script and very moving. - Rory Wilton for Southwest Filmathon
I wanted to take the well-known concept of time travel and use it to its great potential; highlighting passing relationships. I wrote this film in 2016 but never felt I had the resources to do it justice. But after finding such an amazing crew who all shared my vision, it felt like the perfect opportunity.
This film was made in our second year of University, striving to make something more ambitious than our previous shorts. We crowdfunded the entire budget and sourced everything ourselves. This was the third short film I had directed, and definately the one I connected with the most; allowing me the space to grow as a result.
The film received Official Selection at the London Internation Film Festival, Swindon Independant Film Fest and Southwest Filmathon. We are eagarly awaiting responses from other film festivals.
